The new "Wonder Woman" LE has the internet in any Fall excitement for secured, split Beauty community into two camps. Once one side, the uninspired, the LE and the packaging was cheap (and it looks to me as the new trend MAC would be to hate, especially the LEs). And then the other side, waiting delighted and excited about the line that revolves around the cult heroine.
In the United States and some other countries, the LE is now out, ie you can see plenty of reviews on the Internet and thousands of photos and swatches of the products. You have to google it's only short and flow against one's experiences.
This is also a bit of advantage because the MAC LEs come out with us always until later. Otherwise one should in fact buy more or less blindly.
I wanted to form an opinion before I go out and buy the products. One must always be fixed in very particular so, the full range yet to be found. And I did not want to get carried Impulsivkäufen.
So when I saw the products on the internet and I read through what the Americans had and the first German test, do so to speak, turned to me no more the question of what I buy, but if I buy something.
Wonder Woman for me was always an icon. I love their style, although otherwise quite terrible comics I think. She is a strong, beautiful woman with a penchant for extravagance. That's why I was looking forward too much, when I read that MAC is a whole LE would bring her honor on the market. This joy should be viewing the products are damped.
The problem is that I think the packaging cheap looking, I did not. I like it is a bit cheesy. And especially so, I really wanted to find a product that appeals to me. Should I fail ...
The argument that the collection was uninspired, I can therefore not be dismissed as false. The artists who have had a hand in there, probably at this time creative doldrums.
The products do not look bad, but all very replaceable and it also seems to expect everything. Of course, would come out a red lipstick (not even the new, but just the normal "Russian Red" - which I already own - a new dress), of course, two Blushes, which are somehow meaningless, of course, a blue box and of course two pigments in the colors of the quads. And who has seen the Mineralize Skinfinish will understand why I, as a pale type, can begin to absolutely nothing.
The Blushes looked nice, but nothing which I would now be paid at once instead of 22 € 25th Clearly are the only 3 € and clear, you're gonna get high even more product, but let's hands who got a game wins the Blush empty! I have never, not even have reached the pans in one.
