Aloe Vera Gel?! Primer, moisturizer, miracle cure?


Makeupalley Junkie I am, I keep hearing about new, alternative remedies and tricks to achieve certain effects. Often I test this out then to pure amusement, but now and then sometimes it's a hit.
Aloe Vera gel should therefore be the replacement for a traditional primer.
I found the idea very appealing since Aloe Vera is especially good for sensitive skin - like mine - is and has a calming effect. In addition, I had already tested a few products from the Aloe Vera line of "The Body Shop" and found them very good. However, I initially thought that Aloe Vera gel is another of those things that we in health food stores or pharmacies must now, like so many things to Makeupalley are advertised.
