Blog Event International Christmas Cookies at Johanna - Anislaibchen

Hmmm, this is a very tasty post today.

I attend Joan's Blog Events Christmas Cookies - Christmas cookies International.
Check it out - there are many inspiring and delicious calorie-free cookie recipes PHOTOS.

I baked aromatic Anislaibchen - some of my favorite Christmas cookies. This recipe is a quick variation.

ingredients
4 large eggs
250 grams of sugar
½ tablespoons anise finely ground
4 grams of ammonium carbonate *
375 grams of flour

baking paper

preparation
eggs and sugar until fluffy and creamy (rather too much than too little). The ammonium carbonate dissolved in a little cold water and together with the anise to the egg-sugar mixture and mix thoroughly. The flour evenly . Fold

Pour the mixture into either a Spitztülle and inject about 3 cm in size on the heap with baking paper-lined baking sheet or dispense the dough with 2 teaspoons. The cookies do not set too tight because the dough during baking is something apart.

The ingredients create about 6 sheets Anislaibchen.

1st, 2nd and 5 Shelf from the bottom (depending on the baking oven)
about 10 - 15 minutes by convection, 150 degrees Celsius

The golden loaf after baking to cool slightly, then loosen the loaf from the baking paper carefully.

* Instead of hydrochloric Hirschhorn can be taken the same amount of baking powder. The baking soda does not dissolve in water.

Have fun and enjoy your meal
