Dark Chocolate Cause Dark Stools

The garden in November: the first snow of the season

has decided this morning Frau Holle shaking her pillows and stock up our area vigorously with the first snow of the season.

Total snow scene - the bird feeders is already in operation
The Garden of dried Mädesüßblüten heart and the red inner heart from dogwood to all the snow is barely recognizable. As a small supply of food for our feathered friends, I've attached a small ring recently from rosehips.

I wish you all a romantic snowy Christmas weekend with a lot of white splendor

I Heard The Screams Of The Vegetables

preparations for the Christmas season - Tutorial Moosherzchen 1:12 for the dollhouse

This year I have taken part in a miniature-year swaps. Has organized the swap an online thumbnail list. The 12 participants form a group for one year and any tinkering for a particular month 11 miniatures (all the same) for the other participants. I have very wonderful little things get sent from January to October.

Now, in November, it's my turn. My idea was to pre-Christmas preparations in the doll house as a small scene to portray.
moss heart scene with 1-cent piece for size comparison
Tutorial: Moss heart with Christmas decorations

newspaper document
  • print mini newspapers, cut out, glue together two sides and age
  • cut a small heart template out of paper and transfer them to thin cardboard
Moosherzchen

  • the heart-edges with green flakes, a small flock
  • ribbons of golden Kordelbalnd stick
  • put the little heart on the paper backing and glue
  • the newspaper and the heart with mica and mini-mini glitter star and hearts decorate
wire winding

Blog Event International Christmas Cookies at Johanna - baking cookies from grandma's baking book

It's time for the Christmas bakery and for you to present the results. This time I had help from the doll's kitchen ...
insight into the doll's bakery
details

With my back works - this time I have chosen favorite baking powder biscuits from the baking book of my grandmother - I am taking part in Joan's Blog Event: Joan's Blog Event Christmas Cookies - Christmas cookies International.

This blog event will take place on Wednesdays in November. But you have to watch you must!

Who wants to bake the baking powder biscuits, here is the original recipe from the back book of my grandmother :

ingredients
100 grams of sugar
50 grams of cold butter
1 pinch salt
medium size 1 egg
250 grams of flour
½ tsp baking powder
4 tablespoons heavy cream
vanilla to taste

rolling pin and cookie cutters
extra flour for rolling out
baking paper

glaze
200 grams of powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

preparation
butter, egg and sugar until fluffy. The salt, the cream and add the vanilla and mix well. The best of course is the real Bourbon vanilla. create together with the flour and baking powder a Knead dough.

the dough processed immediately: Roll out about 3 mm thin sheets on a floured baking surface and cut out the shapes.

The cookies are not too tight place on a baking paper on baking sheet - the dough rises during baking something.

The ingredients create about 2.5 sheets "large" and a handful of mini baking powder biscuits.

jaws
preheat setting upper and lower heat, 190 degrees Celsius
1st, 2nd and 5 Rail from below (depending on the baking oven)
about 10 minutes at the top and bottom heat, 190 degrees Celsius

The very small bake cookies in the same furnace setting about 7 minutes.

Let the wonderfully cool completely after baking powder, vanilla-scented cookies after baking. Stir

glaze
the icing sugar with lemon juice. The glaze should not be too liquid. With a pastry brush to remove the cookies and allow to dry thoroughly.

The cookie recipe is also suitable for modern variations such as "cup cookies. But only the best cookie cutters are necessary.

As a modern variation of "cup cookies"

Have fun baking and while enjoying !

Blog Event International Christmas Cookies at Johanna - Anislaibchen

Hmmm, this is a very tasty post today.

I attend Joan's Blog Events Christmas Cookies - Christmas cookies International.
Check it out - there are many inspiring and delicious calorie-free cookie recipes PHOTOS.

I baked aromatic Anislaibchen - some of my favorite Christmas cookies. This recipe is a quick variation.

ingredients
4 large eggs
250 grams of sugar
½ tablespoons anise finely ground
4 grams of ammonium carbonate *
375 grams of flour

baking paper

preparation
eggs and sugar until fluffy and creamy (rather too much than too little). The ammonium carbonate dissolved in a little cold water and together with the anise to the egg-sugar mixture and mix thoroughly. The flour evenly . Fold

Pour the mixture into either a Spitztülle and inject about 3 cm in size on the heap with baking paper-lined baking sheet or dispense the dough with 2 teaspoons. The cookies do not set too tight because the dough during baking is something apart.

The ingredients create about 6 sheets Anislaibchen.

jaws
Preheat convection setting, 150 degrees Celsius
1st, 2nd and 5 Shelf from the bottom (depending on the baking oven)
about 10 - 15 minutes by convection, 150 degrees Celsius

The golden loaf after baking to cool slightly, then loosen the loaf from the baking paper carefully.

* Instead of hydrochloric Hirschhorn can be taken the same amount of baking powder. The baking soda does not dissolve in water.

Have fun and enjoy your meal

Tandy Moccasin Pattern Share

profit and surprise of Joan of silver and roses

Dear Johanna, hello to you all,

very, very many thanks, Johan, for your wonderful post from the weekend.

I've played Joan of silver and roses http://silber-rosen.blogspot.com a really great prize: a silver metal filigree heart with angel motif and beads. When I found out on Johanna's blog that I am one of the winners of their giveaways, I've been looking forward riiiiiiiiesig. The beautiful pendant arrived together with a very lovely card with the title "For you with my heart."

My eyes were unpacking more and more: it was not only the silver pendant and hand-written card in the pack but still a large "Small" surprise for me. Yes I love dolls and miniatures - Johanna has sent me quite charming self-made miniatures.

This allows residents to make my doll a hearty Bavarian bread has time miteingepackt Johanna a mixed plate with all the bells-and whistles, pepper and salt spreaders and two egg cups with tiny spoons and eggs. On the plate there are pretzels (pretzels), a roll (roll), ham, bacon, sausages, a pair of white, red and appetizing Preßsack Radi (radish). Hmmm, even at the sight of me running the water in the mouth.

The package of Johanna proved to be a true magic box: it was in fact something else in it. Even more charming miniatures made by Joan herself: a flowerpot with a red poinsettia, a Christmas table decoration with red star and a white candle and a box of liver campers (gingerbread).

Since Joan is a perfectionist and always conjures fantastic decorations on their tables 1-1, it also has the attention to detail shown here: in the liver is even a white box Zelter Spitzenpapierdeckchen!

Live The campers also have a wafer backing - just like real Life. And they remind me of Joan's Blog Party currently running:
Blog Event Christmas Cookies - Christmas cookies

Behold a look at this event and to Johanna's blog, it's worth it.

When Christmas Cookies event I would also like to get involved - but I was not there at the weekend and so I unfortunately missed the start. But I can bake and read along.

Very, very many thanks, Johan, for your magical gift and for your great surprise. Your miniatures are adorable. Everything like it very much and gets a place of honor.

Greetings
range from a gifted Marion
